Yes. Bark Towne provides one on one mobile grooming for both dogs and cats. Cat grooming is approached with specialized care, feline safe products, and a calm private environment designed to minimize stress.

Appointments can be scheduled by calling, texting, or booking online. To prepare for your pet’s visit, Bark Towne collects your full name, address, your pet’s name, breed, weight, and a current rabies certificate at the time of booking

Yes. Once your appointment is scheduled, you will receive an automated text confirmation. Reminder messages are sent one week before and again the day before your appointment.

De-matting can be extremely painful and harmful. to the pets skin. Mats are clumps of unbrushed fur or hair that is tightly tangled together. As mats form and get worse they tug and pull at the skin underneath the fur or hair causing pain and irritation. Brushing mats out is very painful and can be quite a long process. Sometimes mats have to be cut out. De-matting will depend on the severity of coat condition, it may need to be shaved and an extra charge will be applied based on severity. 

Appointment length varies depending on your pet’s size, coat condition, and grooming needs. Bark Towne limits the number of pets groomed each day to allow adequate time for thorough, attentive care.

Your pet’s comfort always comes first. If a dog or cat shows signs of stress, the pace of the groom is adjusted or the appointment may be modified to ensure their safety and wellbeing. Grooming is never forced.

All services provided are subject to price change based on the condition of the pets coat, the behavior of the pet, and the longevity of the groom. We strive to provide your pet with the best quality care and will make sure their health is the top priority so please understand that it can sometimes take more work if their skin or coat needs more love and attention; that means it may take more of our skills and time to provide them that. 

Yes, Utah state law requires me to have up to date rabies vaccination certificates for all clients. Please have this ready to provide when booking an appointment.

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment please do so at least 48 hours in advance. If you cancel, reschedule or no-show the day of your appointment you will be charged 50% of the total cost of the groom. 

All pets that are not vaccinated due to their age will not be accepted as clients. If you have an emergency situation please send us a detailed message via the contact form and we will get back to you within 24 hours. 

Bark Towne prioritizes safety for pets and people at all times. Pets with a known history of severe aggression toward humans or other animals may not be accepted. Pets that require a muzzle, have previously bitten a person or another pet, or show unsafe behavior may be subject to an additional handling fee. Bark Towne reserves the right to pause or stop a grooming service at any point if a pet becomes overly stressed or aggressive and continuing would compromise safety or wellbeing.
